What we’re looking for
We accept guest contributions across our four content pillars:
- Career & Workplace: career progression, office culture, microaggressions, workplace challenges, job searching
- Money & Finance: salary negotiation, financial confidence, investing, navigating pay gaps
- Working Motherhood: returning to work, maternity leave, the mental load, balancing ambition and parenthood
- Career & AI: how AI is reshaping work, skills for the future, staying relevant and visible
We’re especially interested in first-person pieces: for example, real experiences, honest lessons, things you wish someone had told you earlier.
Before you pitch
A few things worth knowing before you get in touch:
Your piece should be between 600 and 1,100 words, well-structured with clear headings and easy to read. Write like you’re talking to a smart friend, not submitting a report. We don’t accept promotional content, affiliate links or articles that have already been published elsewhere. If your submission needs significant editing it won’t be accepted, so please proofread before sending.
We reserve the right to adjust headlines for clarity or SEO without changing your content or voice.
